my balance in diet Balanced diet is a diet which has multiple uses of food items in which we will complete usage of all the nutrition's. It helps the person to be healthy by combining all sources of food items. It helps us to improve our immune system, digestive system, circulatory system, respiratory system etc . Food ministry has approved FSSAI to be improved to a good balanced diet.  FSSAI - food safety and security authority of India Our atmosphere consists of various gases Nitrogen - 78 % Oxygen -22% Neon, argon,  helium -  remaining Inorder to maintain good level for the human life Like this , we have to maintain balanced diet in our food Carbohydrates Protiens Fata Vitamins Minerals Fiber Water These are the seven kinds of food items on a balanced diet
